Seller and contact details

The entity identified above is referred to as the “Seller”. The person or organisation placing an order is referred to as the “Customer”. A Customer acting outside their trade or profession is a “Consumer”.

Scope and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through apexbiochem.eu and form part of the purchase contract between the Seller and the Customer. Product information, the order summary, the checkout confirmation, and any mandatory consumer information shown before purchase also form part of the contract.

By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded or restricted by these terms.

Research-only products and customer eligibility

Products are supplied strictly for lawful laboratory, analytical, or research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, food use, cosmetic use, or use as medicines or dietary supplements.

The Customer must be at least 18 years old and must have the knowledge, facilities, and legal authority required to receive, store, handle, and use the products safely. The Customer is responsible for checking local laws, import restrictions, licensing rules, and institutional requirements before ordering.

The Seller may refuse, cancel, or refund an order where fulfilment would be unlawful, unsafe, technically impossible, or contrary to these terms.

Products, availability, orders, and contract formation

Product descriptions, strengths, images, prices, and availability are presented in good faith. Images are illustrative; packaging, label design, batch details, or minor visual characteristics may differ without changing the identity or quantity of the product.

After checkout, the Customer receives an email acknowledging that the order has been recorded and is awaiting payment. This acknowledgement is not confirmation that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms payment and accepts the order for processing. If payment is received but the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will contact the Customer and provide a refund or an agreed alternative.

Prices, discounts, and Bitcoin payment

Contract prices are displayed and calculated in euros (EUR). The total price shown before the order is submitted includes the product subtotal, any valid discount, and the shipping charge.

Bitcoin is used as the payment method. At checkout, the EUR order total is converted into an exact BTC amount using the quoted rate. The quote is valid only until the expiry time displayed on the payment page.

• Only native BTC sent over the Bitcoin mainnet is accepted.
• The Customer must send the exact BTC amount to the displayed address before the quote expires.
• Network fees are paid by the Customer and must not be deducted from the required amount.
• Underpayments, overpayments, late payments, duplicate payments, or payments sent on an unsupported network may require manual review.
• An order is treated as paid only after the required blockchain confirmation and server verification.

Discount codes are subject to their stated validity, minimum order value, product restrictions, usage limits, and expiry date. Shipping is discounted only when explicitly stated.

Shipping, delivery, and transfer of risk

The currently supported delivery countries are the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, and Poland. Availability may depend on product, warehouse, carrier, and legal restrictions.

The current shipping price is displayed at checkout. Orders may be shipped from one or more European warehouses through GLS, DHL, or DPD. A single order may therefore arrive in separate parcels and on different dates without an additional shipping charge unless clearly stated before purchase.

Processing and delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may arise from carriers, public holidays, weather, customs or regulatory checks, address errors, payment review, or events outside the Seller’s reasonable control.

For Consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes when the Customer or a person designated by the Customer takes physical possession of the goods, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Consumer right of withdrawal

Where EU consumer law applies, a Consumer generally has 14 days from the day they receive the goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The Consumer must send a clear withdrawal statement before the deadline and return the goods within 14 days after notifying the Seller.

The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the Seller agrees otherwise or mandatory law requires otherwise. The Consumer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Once the product seal or protective packaging has been broken, removed, punctured, or otherwise opened after delivery, the product cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal where it is no longer suitable for resale for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons and its sterility, integrity, or contamination-free condition can no longer be guaranteed. Opening only the outer shipping parcel does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal; the decisive point is opening the sealed product packaging or primary container.

This restriction does not affect claims concerning goods that were defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming when delivered, nor any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Defects, damage, and claims

Consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods. The Customer should inspect the parcel promptly and contact support as soon as reasonably possible if goods are missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Photos of the outer parcel, shipping label, packaging, and affected goods help the Seller investigate a claim. A continuous unboxing video may be required for the Seller’s additional one-time complimentary reship programme, but the absence of a video does not remove statutory consumer rights.

The one-time complimentary reship is a voluntary commercial policy and is separate from legal remedies. The Seller may offer repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns and refunds

When a refund is due, the amount is calculated in EUR because EUR is the contractual pricing currency. Unless mandatory law requires a different method, the refund is made using the same payment method; the EUR refund amount is converted to BTC using the rate available when the refund is processed.

For a valid consumer withdrawal concerning an eligible unopened product under Section 7, the Seller will refund the payments due under applicable law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, within the statutory time limit. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or the Consumer provides evidence of return, where legally permitted.

Blockchain fees, exchange-rate movements, or third-party fees are handled only as permitted by mandatory law and as clearly communicated to the Customer. Refunds will never be requested through a seed phrase, private key, or wallet-recovery information.

Customer responsibilities and liability

The Customer is responsible for lawful storage, handling, documentation, disposal, and use of the products. The Seller is not liable for misuse, unauthorised human or veterinary use, incorrect storage, mixing, contamination after delivery, use contrary to the product information, or unlawful import or resale.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

Privacy, governing law, and disputes

Personal data is processed for order handling, payment verification, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and delivery. A separate Privacy Policy should be published before live operation.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the Seller is established. A Consumer remains entitled to any mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence.

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through support@apexbiochem.eu. The competent alternative-dispute-resolution body and supervisory authority must be completed after the Seller’s legal establishment country is confirmed.

The Seller may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when an order is submitted applies to that order.
